Information and purposes
We store email and protected credentials, family members and pets, photos, dates, events, notes, phone numbers, preferences and uploaded files. We also process subscription information, paired screens, technical diagnostics and send records. We use this data to operate the calendar, manage access, provide support and deliver configured communications. We do not sell family data.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts data and files in D1, R2, KV and Workers. Stripe processes payments; we do not store your complete card number. Resend delivers emails, and the configured SMS provider processes phone numbers and messages. YouTube receives connection data and may use cookies when its player loads; its terms and privacy policy also apply. We share only what the requested function needs.
Access and shared links
Records and files require a session and family permissions. Paired screens have limited revocable access. A shared PIN grants the enabled calendar views. Anyone with a signed card or image link can view it until it expires or is withdrawn. Do not put sensitive information in a public card.
Cookies and acceptance
We use session cookies and local storage for sign-in, language, volume and device preferences. We record terms version, timestamp, IP and user agent on acceptance as evidence and to prevent abuse. Family content is not automatically sent to external translation services.
Retention and security
We retain information while the account is active and as necessary for legal obligations, security and disputes. Access controls and protected credentials reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in other countries, including the United States.
Your rights and deletion
Request access, correction, export or deletion at hdmarketingsa@gmail.com. You may also delete your account in Panel › Settings or /delete-account. Access is disabled immediately and operational deletion takes up to 30 days, subject to legal obligations and backup retention cycles. We verify requests to protect your family.
Children and contact
An adult responsible for the family must create the account. We do not invite independent registration by children under 13. Parents and guardians may request review or deletion of children's information. Contact: hdmarketingsa@gmail.com.
